In nature, no two mountains are the same. Each one is unmistakable in its shape and character. This idea characterizes ALMUT. We are at home in Tyrol and connected to the mountains. They are the inspiration for our design. That's why we build lights that bring nature into your own four walls.
The creative minds behind ALMUT von Wildheim are the two of us from Tyrol - Steffi Graber & Ulrich Huber. The idea of bringing nature home is what inspired us to create ALMUT. Our focus: straightforward design & natural materials. Sustainability is not a trend for us. It is simply the basis for everything we do.
It takes time to turn natural materials into ALMUT. Many steps are handmade: only in this way can the essential properties be retained. And it is the only way to guarantee precise processing in accordance with our strict quality standards.

All our Desgin lines are made of natural materials that are precisely processed by hand. This is the only way to preserve the natural properties - and you can see, feel and smell it.
The designer lamps made of pure wool and wood ensure even more comfort in your home thanks to the sound-absorbing effect and air-filtering properties of the natural fibers. The lamps made of pure new wool are also ideal for allergy sufferers.
Trendy natural materials such as stone, birch and alpine meadow flowers are highlighted with a perfect ring of light in the 6134 design line. The extraordinary, glare-free lighting effect of the LED wall lights and the familiar materials create a pleasant room atmosphere.
These pendant lamps combine simple aesthetics and warm cosiness. The lampshades are handmade entirely from naturally renewable merino wool without chemical additives.
What grows on the steep mountain meadows in Tyrol is what makes the 2610 design line extraordinary: pure hay. This mountain hay and local wood are used to create a light where you can see, feel and smell nature.
